A capsulation of a whole lot of things
Robert Stanley Fowler
Canadian aboriginal artist Robert Stanley Fowler. is featured to commemorate the new Canadian government assistance for our first host and hostesses whom we reference First Nations or indigenous people to this beautiful country. We have not treated them as honored guests, if all the stories unfolding, thanks to increased awareness (i.e. education, politics, social conscience).
I am never at a shortage of ideas
sometimes it seems like my world is not aligned or balance. The struggle between time and time to act. To be able to arrive at the middle would be very close to Utopia. You think?
I hope I can make you think
of new ways to look at things. Not a desire to accumulate things. The difference between interaction and accumulation are oddly misaligned: you neglect your interactions while you are too busy accumulating things, only people if they can benefit your interaction or accumulation of things.
This is a hard lesson for me
to not equate self-worth with an identity aligned with stature, smarts, acclaim, recognition, acknowledgement, compensation are the steps in accumulation of things.
Unfortunately people fall by the wayside
because you outgrow them as you gather your things, spend those hours to make those things, sell them, create, improve never mind the tasks or pitfalls of lonely travel, late nights or early mornings.
Odd hours don't compliment relationships
when you set your own deadlines, keep raising your goals, always wanting more. Even making mistakes of not respecting or enveloped in your relationships. A remoteness, a reservation, which can be bred from fear.
All it takes is time
I hope to take this blog from an accumulation of all the blogs I have out there to an online magazine format. Perhaps stretching it would be brands ASKING me to be sponsors of this site that will evolve from a blog and graduate to a domain.
Making money
is one of the furthest things from my mind because most people would choose doing what they want and love over sacrifices for a paycheque. The way we live, contradicts that every day and in every way.
Play a game with me ....
Before I sign off, I have a question for you: (Please answer in comments for a prize from Canada, made in Canada, speaks about Canada).
Can you decide the error in this is from grammar or punctuation? If so, what is the mistake? In other words, fix the mistake. I'm sure Mashable may blush, but the chances of them noticing would be like Zuckerberg liking a post on Facebook.
Thanks for joining me. I appreciate it. Grateful if you do comment/provide your take on the answer(s) which I will post on labels. Here are a few quotes I like and want to share:
_________________________________________________________________
People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered.
FORGIVE THEM ANYWAY.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish motives.
B E K I N D A N Y W A Y.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies.
S U C C E E D A N Y W A Y.
If you are honest and sincere, people may deceive you
BE HONEST & SINCERE ANYWAY
What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight.
B U I L D A N Y W A Y.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous.
BE HAPPY ANYWAY.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow,
DO GOOD ANYWAY.
Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough.
GIVE THEM YOUR BEST ANYWAY.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous.
BE HAPPY ANYWAY.
